About Training Base

 

Founded in 2002 and headquartered in Xiamen, the Global Digital Forensics & AI Innovation Training Base (Meiya Pico Training Base) is one of China's largest and most comprehensive professional training institutions in digital forensics, big data, cybersecurity, open-source intelligence, and artificial intelligence. As a designated training provider for China's Ministry of Public Security, the Base serves law enforcement agencies worldwide across all five domains.

 

Global Footprint

 

The Base has delivered over 130 international training programs, reaching more than 2,500 participants from 50+ countries and regions. Through its five centers (Xiamen, Zhuhai, Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong, Macau) and strong engagement with INTERPOL and the China‑ASEAN policing framework, the Base is developing a globally distributed training network.

 

 

Facilities & Approach

The Base's main campus in Xiamen span approximately 10,000 square meters, housing 10 multimedia classrooms, two drill and competition arenas, dedicated forensic labs, an AI product experience center, and a supercomputing center. Over 60 expert instructors deliver a blended curriculum — lectures, hands-on labs, and competitive drills — designed to equip trainees with practical, immediately deployable skills.

 

 

 

 

Certification

Launched in May 2010, the MCE (Meiya Certified Examiner) program is jointly accredited by national authorities including the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. Covering digital forensics, big data, network and cyber security, and artificial intelligence, the program provides a comprehensive "train → assess → certify" talent development cycle.
